We appreciate everyone joining us for this special liquidation event! To keep things fair, organized, and enjoyable for all shoppers, please review the following:
1. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. Please respect the order of arrival. No cutting, saving places for others, or holding spots in line.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits. Please inspect merchandise carefully before purchasing. Vintage items are sold as-is and may show age, wear, or imperfections.
3. PRICING & DISCOUNTS. Not all merchandise will be individually marked. Please ask a staff member for pricing when needed. Discounts and liquidation pricing may vary by item. Select merchandise may be excluded from promotional discounts.
4. NO LARGE BAGS OR BACKPACKS. Large purses, shopping totes, backpacks, and oversized personal bags are not permitted while shopping. Small purses and wristlets are welcome.
5. PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE. Many items are vintage, fragile, rare, or irreplaceable. Customers may be responsible for damage caused by careless handling.
6. NO UNAUTHORIZED HOLDING OR STASHING MERCHANDISE. Please do not hide, reserve, or set aside items without staff approval. Merchandise is available until purchased.
7. RESPECT OUR STAFF AND FELLOW SHOPPERS. Aggressive behavior, harassment, line cutting, theft, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave for disruptive behavior.
8. SECURITY WILL BE PRESENT. Shoplifting and suspicious activity will be addressed immediately.
9. DEALERS AND RESELLERS ARE WELCOME! Bulk purchases are encouraged. Please speak with a staff member regarding large-volume purchases.
10. PLEASE BE PATIENT! This is a large liquidation event with substantial inventory. We will do our best to assist everyone as quickly and fairly as possible.
