All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties.
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchasing.

Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
Bring your own help for loading. Staff may not be available to move or load furniture, appliances, or other heavy items.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, falls, or damage to personal property. Please watch your step and enter at your own risk.
You break it, you buy it. Customers are responsible for damage they cause to merchandise or the property.
Children must remain with an adult at all times.
No large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses inside the sale area.
Please do not enter areas marked CLOSED, PRIVATE, or NOT FOR SALE.
Do not remove price tags or SOLD tags.
An item is not considered sold until payment has been received.
No holds without payment.
Buyers are responsible for safely removing purchases without damaging the home or property.
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave the property for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Please be respectful of the home, merchandise, staff, other shoppers, and neighbors.
