Payment
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. No checks unless approved by management.

All Sales Final
All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, warranties, or guarantees are expressed or implied. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

Item Removal
Customers are responsible for removing all purchased items. Large furniture and oversized items must be picked up by the posted removal deadline. Please bring adequate help, tools, and an appropriate vehicle. Staff may not be available to assist with loading.

Holds
Items cannot be held without payment. Paid items must be picked up within the designated pickup window unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Children
Children are welcome but must remain under the direct supervision of an adult at all times.

Security
For the safety of our customers and staff, video surveillance may be in use. Shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Entry
We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside the home when necessary for safety and comfort.

Property
Please respect the home, neighbors, landscaping, and restricted areas. Customers may only enter areas designated as part of the sale.

Liability
Customers enter the property at their own risk. Driftwood Estate Sales, the homeowner, and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen personal property.

Pricing
While every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. Driftwood Estate Sales reserves the right to correct pricing errors before a sale is completed.
