All lots in this auction utilize the Hibid.com "soft close" feature. A soft close means that any lot that receives a bid within the closing minutes will extend for an additional few minutes. As a result, a single lot may remain open while other lots listed after it will continue to close. This is an automated system, our staff does not manage the closing.
Bidders can place maximum bids ahead of time and allow the system to do the work for you or bid in real time as the lot closes. Leaving a maximum bid is especially helpful if you know that you will not be available to actively bid at the time the auction closes. In this case, as mentioned above, the system will do the work for you (i.e. bid on your desired lot) and will not exceed your maximum bid.
All winning bidders must present printed invoice at pick-up to verify winning bids
No shipping, local pick-up only. Buyer is responsible for pickup, all items must be picked up during designated date and times. Failure to pick up items during designated pick-up times will result in forfeiture of items. Jen Rosie Designs does not provide boxes, packaging, or personnel to help with loading or packing.
Buyer shall indemnify Jen Rosie Designs against any damages, claims, liability as a result of any harm or injury suffered by any person during the sale or pickup of items.
