Hi everyone!! Hope your summer has gone well!! We're in a great little part of Dallas this week.. Highland Park! We will be just south of Mockingbird Lane off the North Dallas Tollway in a just adorable little home we're calling the 'Highland Park Maison'. Our client has hired us to help assist his client manage a downsize to something more manageable. The homeowner's family has lived here for decades so there will be some truly great collectibles and TONS of great area rugs!
Also, on a separate note that the home will be available for sale after the estate sale is complete, so, if you know anyone wanting to buy in this AWESOME neighborhood now is the time to tell them!!

Living Room~
Great costume jewelry to antique furniture! Beautiful art to exquisite lamps! Come check it out! An original oil painting by James Peel (no title) 43"X28", Asian lacquered boxes and an assortment of Asian plates, 2 plates of antique Rose Medallion to a few cloisonné pieces. Small amount of sterling silver serving pieces, Staffordshire figurines (dogs & cats) and miniatures. Bronze bookends, pewter figurines and vintage postcards to an antique bone smoking pipe. Meissen, Murano, bolo ties and some turquoise jewelry(not Southwestern).
Antique engravings, a nice collection of George Washington hand tinted and steel engraving art pieces. A Currier & Ives lithograph of the Washington Family and of Vice President George Dallas.. super duper!! All beautifully framed! A great addition to any collection!
Dining Room~
A 6 person Kittenger dining room table in a beautiful walnut color. A pair of complementary arm chairs, a super collection of copper decor, crystal and American Brilliant cut glass serving pieces to some silver plate. George Briard, gold rimmed glasses and some antique plates & platters. An exquisite pair of framed 'Grecian Goddesses' artwork to a terrific set of Royal Crown Derby Bone China in Red Aves, another great room size rug in indigos, reds and golds completes this room.
Kitchen Area~
From everyday cooking and baking to some beautiful blue/white Royal Doulton China. Other names included in that are Homer Laughlin, Enoch Wood's 'English Scenery' Woods Ware and Jon Roth. A truely beautiful collection! Everyday food storage, utensils and bakeware to some collectible tins! A nice drop leaf dining table(no chairs, sorry!), canning jars and supplies to some everyday pantry items! Steins, rolling pins to small appliances.. there is something for everybody!

This room offers some super collectibles!! Great collection of Esquire Magazine Illustrations ephemera from the 1930's in terrific condition! A small collection of first edition books, a great collection of literature and a ton of magazines. Early American furniture to a GIANT stuffed turkey! 9/11 Newspaper, A Kennedy assassination paper from the Dallas Morning News and other monumental stories to some Harper's Weekly and LIFE magazines from the decades past. Too COOL! French Limoges to Fitz & Floyd, fine porcelain from Czechoslovakia to Italian clay figurines. Royal Crown porcelain and Fine Bine China Floral piece and Murano glass to Hobnail glass.. we have it! Another small dining table and a great room sized rug in navy, golds and olive with a cute blue loveseat to complete the room.
Front Bedroom(Boudoir)~
We've transformed this cute bedroom to a clothing boudoir.. from vintage to new, hats to gloves and purses to totes.. it's here! Ms Nancy was a petite thing.. most clothes being a small or size 1. Great newer clothing from 'Chico's' and 'Dana Buchman' to name a few, all the way to some vintage Dallas shop designs from 'Permer's' & ' Lou Lattimore'. Heels, flats and sandals in sizes 7-8 to leather gloves and designer purses. 'Sak' purses from the 80's to peasant dresses.. there's some really fun stuff here!
Back Bedroom(Linens)~
Holey-Moley! Did anyone need any linens?? Doilies to needlepoint, towels to quilts, pillows to rag dolls we have it! A great antique style twin size sleigh bed, two Queen Anne style chests to choose from and an entire built in FULL of books! An entire master bathroom full of toiletries.. soaps to lotions, powders to creams and beauty supplies to cleaning supplies.. it's in here!!
Sunroom/Porch~

The back patio offers some great wrought iron sets.. side tables, patio tables to a bar cart. A few concrete statues to a bird bath.. come get some great basics to dress up your own yard! Everyday chemicals to basic tools.. it's in the garage. This tiny garage at this little Maison offers a variety of good everyday items. Some tools, paint and gardening supplies.. TONS of everyday cleaning supplies and chemicals. 2 TV's, a few suitcases and plastic drawers. Come on in to see what you can't live without!!
