All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, warranties, or guarantees.
Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items before purchase. Items may have normal wear, age, scratches, dents, missing parts, or other defects.
Buyer must bring their own help, tools, boxes, packing materials, and transportation. We cannot help load large or heavy items.
All purchased items must be removed by the agreed pickup deadline. Items not picked up on time may be considered abandoned.
Not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage to vehicles, lost items, or damage to personal property. Enter the property at your own risk.
Please do not block driveways, gates, mailboxes, or neighboring properties. Be respectful of the home, property, and surrounding neighbors.
No holds without payment. Items are available on a first-paid basis.

Everything Must Go Estate Sale
We are having an estate sale with a wide variety of household items, furniture, décor, tools, kitchen items, outdoor items, and miscellaneous estate contents. Everything must go.
This sale will include a mix of used items in various conditions. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before purchasing. All items are sold as-is, where-is.
Payment is by Zelle only. No cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App will be accepted.
Please bring your own help for loading furniture, appliances, or heavy items. Buyers are responsible for all packing, moving, loading, and transportation.
Items are first-paid, first-served. No holds without payment. All purchases are final.
Please be respectful when parking and do not block driveways, gates, mailboxes, or neighboring properties.
