No refunds ....all sales Are final . Please examine your item carefully as there will be no exchanges, refunds, etc ...
If you are tax exempt you must present your tax exempt sales certificate ... a copy must be given to the cashier (per the tax controllers office) for companies to be exempt the certificate must be on file with the Estate Sale company.
No Children under 14 yrs old.
No large purses, bags, backpacks allowed in the sale.
All jewelry and firearms will be removed from premises by ARMED security each day .
Absolutely no pre pricing - please do no call asking how much an item is .
We reserve the right to not sell items per our discretion.
We reserve the right to remove individuals from the premises without explanation.
ANY rude, inappropriate behavior towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated . Individuals behaving unruly in any manner will be escorted out of our sale and will be banned from any future sale, function or customer event.

This is a Picker Sale - you pick your items and they will be priced by our staff - some items will be priced such as cabbage patch fools, barbie’s , antique furniture , washer, dryer, fridge and a few other items .
This is not a staged estate sale so expect to see items that are not perfectly placed and mismatched . Please keep this in mind and be advised this is not our normal type of estate sale . You will be going through over 50 years of items and this impossible to stage so many items in one home . That being said most of our customers love Picker Sales and digging for treasures ! So come one come all as you go through mounds of vintage and antique books , old toy, games, tons of crafting items and sooooooo much more!!!
This sale is for true treasure hunters so don’t forget to bring your gloves, flashlights and whatever you need to find your treasures . You will need to go through bins, baskets, bags etc.
We will have items throughout the back yard . If it has rained the day before you may want to bring your boots .
