· There is a fence across the front of the house and driveway. We will open the gates 1 hour prior to opening time.

· Storage area is still a work in progress. It will be more organized than the pictures show. Not everything in this area will be priced. CASH IS ENCOURAGED FOR PURCHASES FROM THIS AREA.

· Driveway is for loading only

· The back yard has many uneven spots. Enter at your own risk.

· No children under 15 at this sale.

· No purses larger than 8x10. This will be strictly enforced.
