Featured Items include: Globe Wernicke 4 stack Barrister Bookcases, Sofa and Love Seat.  Octagon glass top 1960’s Coffee Table, Fruitwood side cabinets.  Vintage Motorola Stereo and 8 track, in Fruitwood finish.  Beautiful lighted Glass display cabinet.  Mahogany open Bookcase Wonderful entertainment center with storage.  Side Chair, Occasional Chair.  Double Bed 1950’s BookcaseHeadboard in Pine, nightstand, and a double Dresser also in Pine.  A Cedar chest, Mahogany Double Dresser from the 1950’s and a ladies lingerie chest,Varity of small chests and tables.  Reports of a beautiful Waterford lamp, and many mirrors.    The family was fortunate to inherited and aged aunts Antiques from her shop, and it consisted of a lot of glassware (definitely price to sale) and small pieces of good vintage collectibles, including a Corset and bustle from 1800’s. 2 old perfume bottles in boxes, Rustic bench, and crockery, daisy butter churn, and other smalls. Also including historic Titanic memorabilia.   Loads of books at reasonable prices both upstairs and down. Jewelry, pocketknives, Fountain pens, letter openers, men’s watches, and Rotary Club memorabilia. There is a painting by a former local Houston artist Mark Storm.  

They kept all the children’s games, books, Old cardboard puzzles in excellent condition, historic dominoes, look closely at the photos.  Both children’stoy boxes full of memorabilia, homemade doll house with some accessories and baseball gloves, tennis rackets, bats, balls, etc. also a baby bed from 50’s including mattress, would be great for decorating purposes in business. Santa Fe Electric train, I think everything was kept. 

The family also kept the Grandfathers fishing gear, Garcia Ambassadeur 500 reel, never used, in its original box, leather, case and all directions.  (there is a firm price on this) A Browning Company rod, in travel case, from Lubbock, Tx, which has a sticker identifying it personally made by Charles Collins of Browning Co. Another Browning Co Rod, no handle.  Never been used.  Many vintage poles and reels, along with aged tackle boxes, original Vest, helmet,and pole storage containers No lures to speak of.  

Kitchen is loaded with 3 sets of China, a full set of Fostoria American Crystal, Waterford, and Cutglass.  Kenmore Side by side Refrigerator Freezer, Kenmore Washer and Dryer, and good new and old utensils.  Loaded with Pyrex pie plates, Corning ware, Tupperware from the past, and two sets of midcentury glasses, included in photos. Great baking,serving dishes and serving racks.  Loaded with shelf dividers for kitchen as well as closets. 

Both senior members were avid Texas Techgraduates and had much Tech memorabilia including year books from late 50’s to 1960.  Golf clubs for an avid golfer and a lot go golf accessories, including Tech golfing items.   Vintage, portable, and electric typewriters, desk, and a lot of desk supplies.  Old trophy’s, americana flags, cameras, world globe, and a wall of Christmas / Easter decorations.  

Patio table, no umbrella, and 4 chairs needing rewebing, another bookcase, ice chest, bench, yard tools and a few vintage pieces, also extra tall extension ladder. Typical garage items.  Something for everyone

To gain access to entry of house, we require you towear a MASK at all time, due to current outbreak, and to please observe social distancing. home.  No children under the age of 15 will be allowed in this sale.  It is a two-story home so please be careful and respectful going up and down the staircase. All Sales are “AS IS”, No refunds or exchanges.   Charges will be accepted over $5.00 and cash preferred always. No large purses, totes, or boxes can be brought into the home, we continue to have a good holding area for your items, and you will be able to wrap yourpurchases before leaving, then added to a bag or boxfrom our supply, whatever suitable. Looking forward to meeting new and old customers.
