QUESTIONS - If you need to know the price, the size or condition of an item - come check it out in person as WE DO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING PRICES, SIZES, SHAPES, CONDITIONS OR WHICH SHADE OF BLUE IT IS OVER THE PHONE, VIA EMAIL OR VIA TEXT.
SECURITY – Off-duty uniformed officers are always at our sales.
And we are exceptionally grateful for their presence, your safety and our homeowners peace of mind.
RESELLERS – All Resellers must show Resale Sales & Use License, otherwise tax will be collected.
I DO NOT, repeat do not, accept a pretty picture of someone's license on your smart phone.

LOADING/MOVING – My staff and I are not liable for loading or moving your purchases.
If you buy it - you are responsible for removing it.

PAYMENT FORMS – We accept cash and Credit/Debit cards for all purchases $20.00 or greater.
ALL SALES FINAL – Test it, turn it upside down, do what you need to ensure it is perfect as all goods are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees, returns or exchanges.
