Total purchase price payable by the buyer includes the hammer price of the lot, a buyer's premium of 20% of the hammer price (in-house bidders only, all others 22% buyer's premium), as well as any applicable state and local sales taxes. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check (upon approval), money order, cashiers check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to remove purchased property at his/her expense no later than one week following the date of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with, and approved by, MORTON AUCTIONEERS & APPRAISERS.
