Sculptor, Leopold Bernstramm (1859-1939) made in 1926. 
It is marked L. Bernstramm, Menton? 1926 and what appears to be 
LaBlanc-Barbedienne Paris Foundry. mark.

A vintage West African Cross River Currency called Manilla possibly made in the 2nd half of the 20th century.
It is normally made of copper iron or bronze originated in the colonial
period (Portuguese Empire) which was used until the 1940's.
