All items are sold "AS-IS", with no warranties or representations of any kind made by either MORTON AUCTIONEERS & APPRAISERS or the seller/consignor, whether expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the prospective purchaser to thoroughly inspect the item for condition prior to bidding. All sales are final, with no returns, exchanges or refunds.

Total purchase price payable by the buyer includes the hammer price of the lot, a buyer's premium of 22% of the hammer price (in-house bidders only, all others 24% buyer's premium), as well as any applicable state and local sales taxes. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check (upon approval), money order, cashiers check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to remove purchased property at his/her expense no later than one week following the date of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with, and approved by, MORTON AUCTIONEERS & APPRAISERS. Unfortunately, we do not make packing or shipping arrangements, nor do we provide such services; however, as a courtesy, we will provide a list of third party freight and shipping companies upon purchaser request.
