"Deleyne loved making things - her hands were always busy with one craft or another. She also loved collecting beautiful things and making her house her haven. Deleyne was committed to making her neighborhood better, as well as her community and had lived in Royal Oaks since she was ten years old, with the exception of her years at the University of Texas. Deleyne’s favorite place to travel was to Lake LBJ and we tried to go every couple of years. She also enjoyed international travel to places like Singapore and Cambodia."
