1. All items / sales / and the like are sold "Sold-Is," and are not guaranteed to be in working order. On-site testing may be allowed to check if device powers on.
2. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PURCHASE UNLESS they have been been priced-checked by staff, including "call-outs" "he said/she said" and the like.
3. We DO NOT hold any item(s); if you wish to purchase an item and need to make a deposit, no longer than one (1)-hour if deposit is put on item(s).
4. You must bring your own help to move furniture. Our staff will not provide any help moving. We will NOT help you move any large item(s) during or after the sale.
5. NO PURSES LARGER THAN A WALLET.
6. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.
7. Sales start at posted hours; Never before.
8. No food or drink. Please, this is not our nor your house--please be respectful.
9. All Credit / Debit card transactions incur a 5% convenience fee

****Any firearms or jewelry are NOT on property until the sale are REMOVED at the end of the day****
