Home is wheelchair accessible and we will gladly assist you the best we can but it is a 2-story home.
Children are welcome but MUST stay with parents at all times and parents ARE responsible for any items broken or damaged by their children.
You will need to bring help to move & load heavy/large items for this sale. We will assist as much as possible during the sale.
We accept Cash or all Credit/Debit cards (NO CHECKS)
All items are purchased as is - Please let us help you check the working condition of any electrical, etc. items before you purchase - NO RETURNS

This sale is being conducted a bit differently - Owner is still occupying the home and move date has changed so this sale will be held in TWO parts. The first sale will be this Saturday only and the following (final) sale will be December 7th & 8th! The 2nd sale will include the full garage - select garage items will be available during the 1st sale.
