• All Sales Are Final: Everything is sold as-is, so please take your time and inspect items carefully. We’re happy to answer any questions—just ask!
• Payment Methods: We accept cash and Zelle No cards or checks at this time.
• Furniture Pickup: If you purchase furniture, please bring help to move it. We do not provide moving assistance during the sale.
• Need Time to Pick Up? No problem—we’re flexible with timing and happy to help coordinate delivery if needed.
• Bag Policy: For security purposes, we do not allow backpacks, large purses, or tote bags. Only small bags or crossbody-style purses are permitted inside.
• Be Neighborly: Please avoid blocking driveways or parking in restricted areas. Let’s all be respectful of the neighborhood.
• Kids Welcome (with Care): For safety, children under 6 must stay with a guardian at all times. Check in with us at the door if you have little ones in tow.
• Respect the Space: This is an active home—please watch your step and be mindful of your surroundings.
• Left Behind Items: All purchased items must be picked up by the agreed time. Any unclaimed pieces may be donated or returned to inventory.
• Right to Refuse Service: We always strive for good vibes, but we do reserve the right to refuse service if needed.
• Security Notice: For everyone’s safety, security cameras are in use throughout the property. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
