Please DO NOT PARK in the driveway unless removing furniture.
We PREFER CASH but credit cards will be accepted with proper ID. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS
CASH only on purchases less than $100 - CREDIT CARDS accepted on purchases $101& UP with ID
Tax exempt customers must have a copy of Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit and Texas Sales and Use
Tax Resale Certificate 01-339. Please bring a copy to sale.

You will be given a form upon entry to document purchases. Please have an attendant (in boa) fill out the form and place a "SOLD" sticker on large items you wish to purchase along with your name & phone number.
We have a hold area by the EXIT DOOR/PAY AREA
No children under age 15
You break, you buy. EVERYTHING SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS” All sales final. NO refunds or exchanges.

Items are priced to sell. After the 1st day, items will be discounted, but not in a uniform manner. Should you wish to make a bid on any item, the bid must be at least 75% of the original listed priced. Please honor all bids that you submit.
Bring your own bags/box and wrap. Please bring help or make arrangements to move large items by 2pm on the last day of the sale. Moving is the responsibility of the buyer. PLEASE HAVE YOUR OWN PEOPLE TO HELP MOVE ANY LARGE ITEMS.
Sale starts at 9am, not earlier. Sale ends at 3pm.
Should you choose not to purchase an item(s), please return it to the location that you found it.
HPD will be notified if you are caught stealing. Note, there are wireless cameras around the home for your security.
