All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees - sales are final. Auctions Unlimited assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the listings. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description. Hour meter readings or mileages represented are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way by Auctions Unlimited. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Items are available for inspection prior to bidding, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item or items and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere, item descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, update or cancellation at any time without notice.
Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of item or items is at the risk, expense and liability of the buyer IMMEDIATELY following auction end. Any items not removed by three days after auction ends will be considered abandoned and disposed of by Auctions Unlimited.

Payment MUST be made by credit card, Debit card only! All cards WILL be charged at the close of the auction. If you do not pick up your items by 5PM on the final day of checkout they will be considered abandoned and disposed as Auctions Unlimited sees fit. Sales tax will be charged unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form prior to the close of the auction, once the cards have been charged no corrections will be made. If you are tax exempt you will be required to email a complete tax certificate to melissa@auctionsunlimitedllc.com a copy of your Sales and Tax Use Permit and your driver's license will be required as well if it is not already on file with our office. There will be an 18% Buyer Premium on all items sold. We accept all major credit cards except American Express accepted.
A Paid invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Auctions Unlimited after the sale concludes. You will be required to bring a copy of your invoice to the checkout location. By purchasing any item and or items in this auction the buyer/bidder is acknowledging/accepting these terms.
