• Cash & Cash App, Apple Pay and maybe Zelle only. No checks or credit cards.

• All sales are final and as-is. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

• Buyers are responsible for moving, lifting and loading all furniture, appliances and heavy items. Please bring your own help and appropriate vehicle.

• Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless arrangements are approved in advance.

• No purses, totes, backpacks or large bags permitted inside the home. Small wristlets are allowed.

• Please be respectful of the home and property. Do not enter areas marked closed or off-limits.

• Children must remain with an adult at all times.

• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or damaged personal property.

• Prices are set at the discretion of the seller. Please do not remove, switch or alter price tags.

• Items may be added or restocked throughout the sale. Availability is first come, first served.

• Holding an item does not constitute a sale. Items are considered sold only after payment has been received.

• Entry may be limited when necessary for safety and crowd control.
