• Buyers are responsible for moving, lifting and loading all furniture, appliances and heavy items. Please bring your own help and appropriate vehicle.
• Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless arrangements are approved in advance.
• No purses, totes, backpacks or large bags permitted inside the home. Small wristlets are allowed.
• Please be respectful of the home and property. Do not enter areas marked closed or off-limits.
• Children must remain with an adult at all times.
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or damaged personal property.
• Prices are set at the discretion of the seller. Please do not remove, switch or alter price tags.
• Items may be added or restocked throughout the sale. Availability is first come, first served.

VINTAGE SHOP OWNER + ANTIQUE DEALER — PART 3
Okay, first, a small apology in advance for last weekends crazy. the organized chaos. And honestly, “organized” may be a generous description at this point. 😂
We thought Part 1 was going to make a dent.
IT DID NOT. NOT EVEN CLOSE.
So Part 2 barely scratched the surface. As we continue to go through the storage units garage, booth and other rooms of the home we realize we are in over our heads and we need to locate the serious buyers who want to take all for their own booths, stores or avid collectors, is why this sale is now by appointment this weekend. We will do our best to accommodate everyone who responds and timing will be more flexible starting with early morning and go into the early evening. We more than likely will add Sunday as well this will be a better opportunity to talk to the owner and negotiate pricing for large lots and major vintage clothing hauls. THIS IS THE ONE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FOR CLOTHING. Bulk purchase deals will be offered.
We’re continuing to roll out vintage clothing straight from a vintage shop owner’s personal collection, antiques, mid-century pieces, collectibles, glassware, home decor, furniture and all kinds of things I apparently forgot owned.

We’re also opening up the GARAGE + PATIO and bringing out completely new inventory that hasn’t been shopped yet.
If all goes according to plan — and that phrase is doing a lot of heavy lifting around here 😂 — we’re tackling STORAGE too.
Expect constant restocking and new things coming out throughout the sale. There is simply too much to put out at once.
