• We accept Credit Cards. For your financial security, we use a card ‘chip’ reader with a minimum card purchase of $20.
• We collect 8.25% sales tax under Texas Tax Code Section 151.304 House Bill 373 80th session 2007.
• We supply shopping baskets and a large ‘HOLD’ area.
• For your safety and comfort, we limit the number of shoppers at one time.
• Children are welcome within an arms length of their parents.

PLEASE NOTE: As with every one of our sales: Our efforts and total focus is to create as much revenue for the client during the first couple of days. If toward the end of the sale, an item is passed on by a couple hundred potential buyers, it does not mean it is not worth the price on it... just did not 'that particular buyer for that particular item'! Usually because the house is or will be sold, the last day becomes liquidation day offering 'almost everything under $100 is HALF PRICE' selling double amount of 'smalls' and getting about the same dollar sales amount as the big - long day.
Sunday October 14th 12 NOON to 3 PM, will be everything under $100 is HALF PRICE!
