By entering this estate sale, all buyers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

ALL SALES FINAL
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
NO returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason once an item has been purchased.

NO WARRANTIES
There are no expressed or implied warranties regarding condition, working order, authenticity, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.

Accepted forms of payment:
Cash
Zelle
Venmo
Cash App

PRICING & DISCOUNTS
Prices are set and subject to change at any time.
Discounts may be offered on select days or times and are at the sole discretion of the sale operator.
All pricing decisions are final.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
No holds without full payment. Paid items not removed by the stated deadline may be forfeited without refund.

ITEM REMOVAL & LOADING
All items must be paid for before removal.
Buyers are responsible for loading, transportation, tools, labor, and equipment.
We are not responsible for loading or damage during removal.
Bring your own packing materials.
Items must be removed by the designated pickup deadline.

LIABILITY & SAFETY
Enter and shop at your own risk.
Neither the estate, homeowner, nor sale operator is responsible for:
Accidents or injuries
Damage to personal property
Loss or theft
Please watch your step — uneven surfaces, stairs, and heavy items may be present.

CHILDREN
Children must be closely supervised at all times.
Any damage caused by children is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

SECURITY & CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
No backpacks, large bags, or oversized purses may be permitted.
Video surveillance may be in use.
Theft will be prosecuted.

PROPERTY ACCESS
Certain areas of the property may be restricted or off-limits.
Do not enter roped-off, locked, or marked areas.

RESTROOMS
No public restroom is available.

RESTRICTED ITEMS
Certain items (including firearms, ammunition, alcohol, or other regulated goods) may not be sold in accordance with Texas state law and federal regulations.

FINAL AUTHORITY
The sale operator has final authority on:

Payment acceptance
Item eligibility
Safety and conduct
