ATTENDING OUR SALE.....THINGS TO KNOW:

PARKING - We have a parking lot with these things called White Lines.
Park in between those White Lines and our officers will NOT write you a ticket!
Of course, park outside those pesky little White Lines……and you are on your own.

QUESTIONS - If you need to know the price, the size or condition of an item - come to the sale.

PRE-SALES - We don't sell items prior to the sale. If it is pictured, it will be there when the doors open.

SECURITY – HPD Officers are at all of our sales.
All activity is digitally recorded.

RESELLERS – All Resellers must show Resale Sales & Use License, otherwise tax is applied.
I DO NOT, repeat do not, accept a pretty picture of someone's license on your smart phone.
I want yours and I want it to match with your name (shocking, isn’t it?)

LOADING/MOVING – We do not load goods. If you buy it - you are responsible for removing it.
If you have a bad back, bring someone with a good back.

PAYMENT FORMS – We accept cash and Credit/Debit cards for all purchases $20.00 or greater.

ALL SALES FINAL – Test it, turn it upside down, do what you need to ensure it is perfect as all goods are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees, returns or exchanges.

THE NO’S – No large handbags/backpacks (leave them in your trunk).
No strollers.
No public restrooms.
No food or beverage.
No one under the age of 16 with or without an adult.
