FULL DISCLOSURE:  All Items In This Auction, Unless Otherwise Noted, Were Moved To The Upstairs Of the House Prior To The Downstairs Taking On Water In The Recent Floods.  Nothing Touched Flood Water--except For A Few Pieces Of Solid Wood Furniture (and Those Are Listed As Flooded Items And Have Additional Remediation Disclaimers In Their Lot Descriptions).  

Auction Opens: Thursday, November 9 at 1:00 pm Central Time
Closes: First lot begins closing Tuesday, November 14  at 8:00pm Central Time

(NOTE: The auction software uses a "Soft Close" feature: Each lot closes in sequence 10 seconds after the previous lot--if a lot is bid on in the last 3 minutes, an additional 3 minutes is added to the clock for that lot. This ensures all interested bidders are given the opportunity to bid and not have items sniped from them)
