Pls bring your own movers as we do not have people to move your items.

No refunds ....all sales Are final . Please examine your item carefully as there will be no exchanges, refunds, etc ...
If you are tax exempt you must present your tax exempt sales certificate ... a copy must be given to the cashier (per the tax controllers office) for companies to be exempt the certificate must be on file with the Estate Sale company.
No Children under 14 yrs old.
No large purses, bags, backpacks allowed in the sale.
All jewelry and firearms will be removed from premises by ARMED security each day .
Absolutely no pre pricing - please do no call asking how much an item is .
We reserve the right to not sell items per our discretion.
We reserve the right to remove individuals from the premises without explanation.

We are looking forward to seeing you all Friday. please be aware that we have a very packed house and yard .. Since this is part picker/ part tagged sale ,many items are not priced .. The best way to get better prices is to buy several items at once - we can give you a bulk price .
What we have displayed is almost half of the items in the house !!! We will be replenishing items as space becomes available ,
Pls note; there is street parking but it fills up quickly and pls do not block anyones drive way.
If you put anything on the hold table, it is expected to be purchased . We try to be fair to all our customers if something is pulled from the sale and put on the hold table it essentially is taken out of the sale.
