ONSITE AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All items are sold "as is / where is " with NO warranty or guarantee.

All sales are final and payment is due before you leave today. No refunds. Buyer accepts all responsibility for examining any item offered for sale prior to or during the bidding process.

15% (Fifteen Percent) Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid amount. This will be added before 8.25% sales tax. We accept cash and all major credit cards. All purchases must be paid for on auction day.

All bidders and staff will be required to practice proper social distancing & wear a mask while indoors in accordance with local / state regulations, the only exception to the mask rule will be auctioneer while conducting the auction.

Depending to the size of the crowd we may conduct this auction outdoors for safety reasons. Please make note of all lot numbers you wish to bid on during the preview time as we will be selling in order.

The auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The winning bidder will be highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer. The auctioneer has sole authority to resolve any disputes.

Purchases may be removed from the premises only with presentation of the buyer's ticket stub. These are provided by the cashier after payment of total amount due is received. Staff is avialible to help you load your purchases.

Gallery Auctions, Inc. will not be responsible in any manner for any missing components / accessories or any type of damages caused, in whole or in part, by the moving, packing, loading or transporting of any item once it has been pronounced sold no matter who/what caused the damages.

Items must be removed from the premises by 6:00 p.m. on auction day. Any Items left past 6:00 p.m. will be considered abandoned, treated accordingly & disposed of with no refund due to the buyer.
