This will be a four day sale, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All for day we will be open from 10 am until 4pm.
All items are SOLD AS IS NO WARRANTY, please inspect all items before you Purchase (No Returns). There are many Antiques we will have some packing materials available but you may want to plan for packing delicate items to get them home safely.
We will not be responsible for accidents ( Enter the property at your own risk.)
You must provide your own moving for Larger Items/Furniture, Large cabinets, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator Etc.) All purchased items need to have an arranged pick up date by the end of Final sale day.
If you choose to bring children or pets you will be responsible for any breakage.
Thursday full Price, Friday 25% off marked price, and Saturday 50 percent off and Sunday 75% off.
There will be some items that will not be discounted including any precious metals jewelry, sterling dinnerware, automobiles, and firearms will not be included in the discounts more than 25 percent off and some may not be discounted off the marked price.

This is a two story home with construction, please inspect items for any damage before purchasing. There are a number of Drexel Mid Century Modern furniture pieces and many beautiful potted plants from small to fairly large with some pots in the five gallon neighborhood, former teachers with many teaching aids, brand new appliances several years old but never installed or un boxed. A like new vintage Yashica 16 mm film projector

A beautiful wood dining table with two leafs and ten chairs. 42 inches wide and 68 inches long without the leafs installed.

A very nice black leather sectional couch about 9 foot by 9 foot L shape.

There is a vintage Apple IIe Computer, monitor, printer, original paperwork and programming. It does turn on but we don’t know how to use it and can’t verify it’s operational ability

There is a near complete Lionel post war train set up on a 48 inch by 96 inch sheet of plywood. The transformer and parts are in good condition.
