No refunds ....all sales Are final . Please examine your item carefully as there will be no exchanges, refunds, etc ...
If you are tax exempt you must present your tax exempt sales certificate ... a copy must be given to the cashier (per the tax controllers office) for companies to be exempt the certificate must be on file with the Estate Sale company.
No Children under 14 yrs old.
No large purses, bags, backpacks allowed in the sale.
All jewelry and firearms will be removed from premises by ARMED security each day .
Absolutely no pre pricing - please do no call asking how much an item is .
We reserve the right to not sell items per our discretion.

Massive Aldine tool and Petrol Estate Picker Sale.
Limited street parking ..items everywhere extreme picker sale … use caution while walking around !
This is a picker sale pls be advised that many items will not be priced . Additionally we had posted an appointment sale prior to this sale so some original items were sold during the appointment sale - we apologies for the inconvenience .. We do not presell items unless they are posted for presale. We strive to provide a fair market sale to everyone.
We have extended hours and had to remove our sunday .,, we will be having another sale next week!!!
Due to the additional items being uncovered , we had no choice but to postpone this sale to a later weekend. We sincerely apologize if this has caused any inconvenience . Our goal is to display as many items and collectibles as possible.
This sale features a 4 rooms, a shed full of antique tools, as well as oil and gas collectables, compressors, vinyl albums and ephemera.

The yard is full of power tools, motors, tons of antique wrought iron winches, chains and much more.
The house features vintage glassware, cast iron, afghans, and furniture.
There is more here than we can possibly display .
