Please bring your own bags, boxes, and packing materials. (You must pay first then go out to get packing bags, etc) Please bring your own help to move and load. Local sales tax of 8.25% will be charged on all items unless you provide us with a valid copy of your resale license Paypal and Credit cards accepted ATTENTION: THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ALARM – Considering the recent increase in burglaries - all jewelry, coins, valuable items are removed from the house and will be brought in the morning of the sale. No early visits – Do not disturb neighbors. You enter the premises of the sale at your own risk. Events on video from previous sales Includes my upstanding buyers stealing a Waterford Cross, a man putting a sterling silver bracelet in his jacket pocket, people changing price tags, and a man taking an item out of a marked box and bringing to me when I was busy, and I sold it to him for 1/10th of what it was marked on the box.
