Come in and have a good time, but please bring your own help to move your items. I am too old to move furniture and could possibly break a finger nail.. They don't have insurance to cover that..so work with me people!...LOL
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS so don't have any here...Period! ...We are in Texas, and put our big girl panties on one leg at a time and appreciate you acting like you would at church while shopping. You even think about stealing from us, I promise God wont be the only one who will be sending you to hell. ...just sayin!
We will require all business people to bring a copy of sales Tax info so we wont have to be filling out paperwork there, If you do NOT bring a copy we will NOT honor you being tax exempt.
Bring your own bags, boxes and help to load. You break you buy!
We do accept Credit Cards for purchases over $25.
Please... DO NOT smoke anything on the property... it is just flat rude..
We love kids and know in the summer time you have them with you, we do ask no strollers and that you hold onto your kids... We want everyone to act like you would at church.. not how most act at Walmart!
I DO NOT HAVE SIGN UP SHEETS SO IT WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE AND LIMITING OF PEOPLE AT A TIME . THERE IS VIDEO AND ALARMS ON THE PROPERTY.
WHILE THE STATE OF TEXAS SAYS YOU CAN CARRY A WEAPON, I WILL NOT ALLOW ANYONE BUT MY TEAM AND MYSELF TO CARRY ONE INTO OUR SALE.. I JUST DONT WANT ISSUES SO PLEASE LEAVE THE GUNS IN YOUR CAR.

We have a great sale for you! This lovely lady had eclectic taste with some wonderful collectables for you to enjoy.
She had already downsized from a large home to a 2300 sq ft home and we are now unloading what she had in storage from the original house, so we will be stacked with fun stuff!
We have antiques, home décor, some jewelry, great clothes, some tools and so much more!
The family will have to right to shop the day before the sale starts and if they purchase anything from the pictures shown , I will take that pic off before Thursday morning. I thank you for your understanding in what we do to help families to move forward in the loss of a family member.
For those of you who have not been to one of my sales, my goal is first to do right by the family. I have priced items to sell and will discount as the sale goes into the following days. At the end of the sale day Saturday around 2pm I will be doing bundling deals and greater discounts in order to have the house cleared out.
I used to accept bids but have been burned several times lately so I cant afford to have an items sit waiting on someone who may or may not show up. It is not fair to my clients. So it is first come first serve!
If you are a dealer, be prepared to have COPIES of your info with signed resale documents. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE THESE TO US YOU WLL NOT BE GIVEN A TAX EXEMPT PURCHASE. This is at every sale so just start getting those ready for all the sales you go to please. It makes things easier for all of us. Thanks!
