And as we all know, studies show that building collections releases dopamine (a pleasure and motivation chemical in the brain) and taps into nostalgia and personal history and this sale will do just that!!

My clients, Dr. Charles and Jackie Railsback have a fascinating family history, from Charles as a young man studying medicine and becoming a Doctor but then much to his distress was called by the US Army, to serve in Vietnam in the medical field. Therefore we have lots of military uniforms, military items and shotguns. And if you want to be an Ear Nose and Throat Doctor, we have the tools for that too! but they are vintage, thank goodness!! but are very interesting indeed. But, did I not mention sports enthusiast! Do not miss the incredible golf memorabilia with signatures of the greats!

Jackie Railsback is a well known states wide artist and is a member of the Southwestern Watercolor Society and has studied under such artist as Steven Quiller, Lynn McLain, Judi Betts and Jane Jones. Her paintings were displayed in Grapevine, Texas at Giddens Gallery of Fine Art from 2012 to 2024 and for the past 10 years has participated in the "Taste of Creede" in Colorado, and displays her paintings at the Historic Creede Hotel and on her web site jackierailsbacksart.com. We are very lucking to have a collection of Jackie's paintings for sale!
