We reserve the right to refuse service/sales. Items must be taken at time of purchase or arrange pick up prior to end of sale. Items must be paid for in full if you are returning to pick up. If you DO NOT show up to pick up your items before the end of the sale a refund will not be given. ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside of property.
ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
Must load and move your own items.
Please check merchandise prior to holding. If you ask us to hold an item we consider that item sold.
