This Irving, Texas home will feature an estate sale beginning SATURDAY, Jan 11 at NOON. To keep our shopper safe, we will postpone the start of the sale to NOON on Saturday when the roads will be safer to drive on. Please stay safe as you are driving on these slick roads!

The resident was a former university professor of European medieval history and the estate has many extraordinary items, including quirky fun figurines, vintage wall maps, and rare books. You'll also find estate jewelry, sterling silver, vintage watches, and Mid Century Modern decor. Fun find: Dr. Seuss first edition books from the 1950's, a model castle, puzzles and games for adults and children.

You'll also find many Catholic church periodicals, books and bibles, plus many beautiful rosaries and crosses.

There are a dozen relatively new Ikea shelves in black and in white - perfect for organization! Also, a side by side refrigerator, washer and dryer.
