Everything is pre-priced, and we will be accepting cash & credit Cards (20.00 min), Venmo, Paypal, NO CHECKS. Prices are negotiable on the first day of a sale for items over $100.00, and discounts will occur over the course of the sale. We will be offering pre-sale on furniture items, and we will update this page to reflect any items sold prior to the sale date.
All items are offered "as is, as found" with no guarantees, warranties, or refunds...please inspect all items prior to purchase and ALL sales are considered final. ALL SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS.
Please bring packing materials, we will try to provide some but do run out.
The buyer is responsible for the removal of large items purchased two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement have been made. Please bring your own help as we cannot help move or load large items.
We will open at the published time, not before.
Please do not bring food or drinks into the house.
We do not provide numbers or use sign-up sheets/lists for entry. Just show up and come on in!

Join us for a great sale in a Pedernales River community in Johnson City, Texas. Unique gifts, fun finds, and household must-have’s will all be here. If you want to check off your “nice” list; this sale is just in time for the holidays. This is a combination downsizing and moving sale and includes items from two families. We hope to see you.
In this home you'll find:
*Furniture - enough to fully furnish a 1 bedroom house or apartment, includes a classic American antique 1920’s expandable dining table w/ 5 leaves & 6 chairs (room to seat 10); large antique buffet or sideboard w/ mirror that matches table; a beautiful vintage curved glass, lighted display / china hutch; a very rare antique double secretary w/ mirror and wonderful carved detail. For your bedroom, we have a full-size antique sleigh bed with a matching mirrored antique dresser and a mirrored antique washstand. To complete your living room, we have an antique love seat and matching chair and an antique couch. A Hollywood Regency extra-large wall mirror would be great for your hallway.
*Art pieces include original signed paintings and signed prints, in styles ranging from folk to graphic.
*Collectibles include head vases, perfume bottles, pottery, art glass, and vintage games.
*Décor features holiday decorations, hand crafted figurines, pillows, rugs, candles, vases, and an extra-large Hollywood regency mirror.
*Jewelry includes several Mexican Silver pieces and a wonderful and large selection of costume jewelry.
*Clothing is predominantly women’s garments, accessories, shoes and casual wear ranging in size from 8 – 14. There is a selection of vintage dresses, featuring pieces from the 1950s - 70s.
*Interesting patio with outdoor furniture and décor including two oversized structural lounge chairs, various pots, yard concrete figure, and chimes.
*We also have a few small kitchen appliances, dishes, glassware (which includes vintage Candlewick and Boopie glass sets), silver serving pieces and vintage cookware.
*Christmas/Holiday/Collectibles available are Dept 56 Snow Village and Heritage Village pieces, candles, misc. ornaments, blow mold yard art, and vintage lighting.
