This is a CASH ONLY sale, and we accept U.S. currency only. We cannot accept checks, credit or debit cards, or any form of electronic payment. ATM's are located in Pleasanton and Jourdanton. There are no sign-up sheets. Parking is available inside the gate. Please do not block the road. There are no public restrooms. We are not responsible for accidents or injury. All sales are final, and all items are sold as-is and where-is. We will have a small number of plastic bags available, but recommend you bring your own packaging materials and help to load for heavy items. We will post photos soon. No large bags or oversized purses are allowed in sale.

Hill Cottage Sale

     Wow!  Thanks to all who came out on Friday!  Saturday is the final day of our sale, and all items will be at least 50% off the tag price.  We want everything to go.  This sale will be held in the home's outbuildings; the house itself is closed for renovations.  I've tried to mark photos of items that were sold today.  We still have a queen poster headboard, chairs, a treadmill, vintage Collegiate Jessica dressage saddle, circa 1940's Western cutting saddle ideal for decor, lathe chuck and rests, lots of hand tools, garden and patio tools, art and furniture, , toolboxes, home medical equipment, vintage bag from the 1972 Munich Olympics, with Munich travel guides, needle art and decor magazines, LOTS of nice vintage electronics, including Scott amplifier and tuner, new Stetson hats, new and gently used Justin boots, a wide assortment of vintage appliances, housewares, cassette tapes, DVD's and VHS tapes, and decor items.  There is a signed vintage pottery jar and an entire box of 1960 vintage Travis Club cigars, made in Texas.  We do not have clothing or shoes other than Western boots.  Come on out--we're ready to make a deal on this final day!
