2017 Keystone Springdale Summerland Mini 1750RD 21 ft, single axle camper.  It sleeps 4, has an electric tongue jack, Norcold gas/110V refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop, microwave, a/c, awning, and outside shower & storage.  This RV was bought brand new in 2017 and brought to the home and parked.  Due to unfortunate events it was never used.  The mattress was still in the original plastic protective wrap.  There has been a water leak in the front that has been repaired.  This item is available for pre-sale.  Asking price is $12,000, obo CASH ONLY-
