For large purchases, please bring help. You are responsible for moving large items. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. All items sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All purchases must be picked up before the end of sale at 2 PM on the last day of the sale. We will be taking bids on items over $50. Full price on the first day, 25% off second day & Last day 50%-75% off at our discretion. No discount on Sterling silver or gold. Valuables will be removed from sale site each day. Children are allowed, but must stay close to adults. You break it, you buy it. No large purses, backpacks, or bags allowed.
