THE ROAD LEADING TO THIS SALE IS VERY ROUGH AND BUMPY. ROAD IS VERY NARROW, SLIPPERY WHEN WET. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN ROAD WAY, NEIGHBORS NEED TO BE ABLE TO COME AND GO AS THEY PLEASE.

 

 

*  Kempner Texas is about 4o miles from Temple and 14 from Lampasas, Tx.  Kempner community does offer a very good steakhouse on HI way 190, A Mexican food cafe nest to the Valero Station and a Sandwich shop in the gas station.  * Valaro Gas station nearest town does have a ATM machine and lots of cold drinks. Dollar store that carries most anything you may want.
