We accept CASH, CHECK, CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS at this sale.
We do not give out numbers for our lines. Simply get in line. One person in line represents a single person, not multiple people. You may have a proxy hold your place in line, but then the proxy must go to the end of the line. No children please.

We, of course, will not ever presell. If you are not able to physically attend this sale, our company will sale to you via Paypal invoice and ship the item to you. All sales are final. Our customers that are physically in line get preferential choice of all items in the home. After 15 minutes we open the estate sale to online and call in customers purchases.

If interested in purchasing an item please send an email to info@fitchestatesales.com and we will invoice you the purchase price and the shipping cost by UPS (the Brown Store in Kerrville). UPS will box or crate the item, you will be charged these fees. Any questions call 830-257-8482
