Sunday's discount will be 50% off, some exclusions apply. All of our prices are cash prices . There will be a 3% Non-Cash adjustment fee added to your total purchase for credit/debit card use.

Parking is somewhat limited in this neighborhood. Please park across the street from the homes , next to the inner ring of the roundabout. Do NOT block driveways or mailboxes at any time to prevent being towed.

First come; first served. We do not use sign up sheets. Only a limited number of shoppers are allowed in at any one time for safety and security reasons. Limiting shoppers to a safe number within the residence is our policy, and will be strictly enforced. Please come prepared to endure whatever the weather will be if you are required to wait outside.

Please check your purchases carefully. All sales are final with no returns, refunds or exchanges. Refunds will not be given on items left behind.

We have limited packing materials, so please bring your own boxes and packing material.

All purchases must be removed from the property by the last day at the end of the sale. We will not be responsible for any items not removed at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for carrying out and loading their purchases, so please plan accordingly. Our staff cannot help with packing or loading.

You break, you buy. There are many fragile items, so please ask one of our associates for assistance.

No children under 12 due to breakables in the house. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
