* Bidding Period: Now thru _______Monday May 30_(Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST
* Pickup: day after auction close ___Tuesday May 31  ______10-4PM

* Preview: Online Only
* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount on the BP for Cash

* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. Any bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot to  close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.

* Payment Terms: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount  on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file or a hold placed on the card. Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for sll amounts over $500.  There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. 

* Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment.  Please bring your own boxes and packing material. 

* Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.

* Shipping:  Some items may not be available for shipping. When Available, Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped "We will need this form signed and returned to us: https://www.waltcadeauctions.com/documents/winningbidderform.pdf" , Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. Note: Items not picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation.

* Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close.  No exemptions accepted on pickup day.

* Note: Framed Images are wonderful laser prints. Certificates of Authenticity is from CSC Collectables of Roswell Georgia and is registered by them. This included many of the cards and other autographed items. We also have some Certificates of Authenticity from Platinum Collectables, Mounted Memories, and All American Sports.  Each have their own opinion. Many agencies do not recognize either as a valid source of Grading. Walt Cade Auctions advises these items are for your enjoyment and do not warrant any item to be authentic and will not entertain refunds based on such claims. 

* Storage: We charge $5 per lot per day storage after pickup day. $10 per day per Pallet. 
* Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 3pm day after auction,
