* This is an online Auction for: Tools,Lawn Equipment and Housewares, Some are also Home Depot Returns and damage packaging. When possible we tested items and inspected contents to make sure everythng is there.  We also made sure the contents were complete.  These items were consigned by a Home Depot reseller.

* Terms:  Cash, Wire Transfer,  Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. 
* Auction Method: Online

* Bidding Period: Now thru ________ Aug 15 (Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST
* Pickup: day after auction close ____ Aug 1610-4PM

* Preview: Online and on Live in person Monday ______Aug 15 (Call for Times)

* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.

* Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 4pm day after auction, Cash / Wire / CC. (See our Storage Fees)

* Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount  on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. 

* Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. 

* Large Invoices:  Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for sll amounts over $500.

* Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment.  Please bring your own boxes and packing material. 

* Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.

* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash

* Note: Some items may not be available for shipping

* Shipping:  (IWhen Available)  Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. Note: Items not picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation.

* Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close.  No exemptions accepted on pickup day.

* Storage: We charge a minimum of $5 per lot per day storage after pickup day. $10 per day per Pallet. 

* Items tested are noted as tested. If not indicated as tested, it does not mean it doesnt work, it simply means there was no testing done on that item, but please understand everything in this auction is AS IS WHERE IS.

* Batteries?: Unless we specifically comment that the battery is there. An item that normally includes a battery,  may or may not be included, as they are mostly open box items, so please don't count on them having batteries.
