Sorry, we will not take requests on prices, extra pictures, or hold items.
Also, we will not field any phone calls, FB messages, or emails during the sale week or sale weekend.
We take cash (preferred w/cash discounts), debit or credit.
WE NO LONGER WILL TAKE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS FOR PURCHASES UNDER $25. (Remember, cash is king.)
Cameras on the premises.
If you break the item, please consider it yours for the price on the tag.
Customers must take apart & load the items themselves.
Customers will wrap and pack their own items because we know you know how you like to wrap your new treasures.
Children MUST remain with you at all times.
We are not responsible for accidents.

This sale is a for a lovely family who we have had the pleasure knowing for MANY years. They collected treasures from us since we started doing what we do and now the family gets to share those treasures and more with you.

As per a request from the family, we will be limiting the amount of customers into the house. We will gauge by how comfortable it is for people to move about. We estimate 30 people at a time. Strollers and wagons will have to be kept outside.

As always, we will have one port of entry and one exit. The front door will be the entrance and the garage will be the register, holding station, and exit.

We will have mosquito repellant available for you until we run out and the first 20 customers will be given a mosquito repellant bracelet. If you prefer a certain brand, you may want to ready yourself for those little flyers.

We have antique ephemera, furniture, prints, pictures, baskets, dishes, jewelry. And we have vintage pieces, kitchenware, bedding, board games, plus size clothing, purses, hygiene items, storage pieces, electronics, albums, CDs, cassettes, books, Ellison and KHS yearbooks, Victoria and more magazines, holiday decorations, garage items, and GARDENING GALORE.
