This was a smoker's home and although we've been running an ionizer and cleaned as much and as well as possible, there may still be some residual residue or odor.
IN GENERAL:
• Please be respectful of our client's home.
• No public restroom available.
• No children or pets.
• Watch your step. We are not responsible for accidents.
• Please read and observe our blue signs throughout the site.
• Please stay on the porch, under the roof.
• Items marked with blue or red tape is either sold or not for sale.
• Some single items are marked with a small blue tag indicating total quantity. The remaining pieces are already packed to speed up check out.
• You MUST bring your own tools and help to load heavy items.
• You have until Monday morning following the conclusion of the sale to pick up your purchase.
