If you break the item, please consider it yours for the price on the tag.
Customers must take apart & load the items themselves.
Customers will wrap and pack their own items.
Children MUST remain with you at all times.
No large bags for depositing items.
We are not responsible for accidents.

This sale is not like our regular ones. This one is being done to make way for a barn sale in the spring. This one will only be ONE day.
This will be an outside sale. No pretty staging as we like to do. All items will be on tables & shelves. Items will be pulled out all the up to the sale. Therefore, some items may not be priced. We will do our best to get everything marked.
Items in the sale will include antique and modern day items to include architectural salvage. They will be priced to move or what the original price was.
