PLEASE... NO PURSES, LARGE BAGS, JACKETS, COATS are allowed inside. Leave them in your car or you will be turned away. ALL SALES ARE FINAL please inspect all items before you purchase. Please bring your own bags, boxes, and packing materials. (You must pay first then go out to get packing bags, etc) Please bring your own help to move and load. Local sales tax of 8.25% will be charged on all items unless you provide us with a valid copy of your resale license Paypal Accepted Credit cards accepted for sales over $50.00 ATTENTION: THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ALARM – Considering the recent increase in burglaries - all jewelry, coins, valuable items are removed from the house and will be brought in the morning of the sale. No early visits – Do not disturb neighbors. You enter the premises of the sale at your own risk. I have cameras and monitors, and I record all activity. Events on video from previous sales Includes my upstanding buyers stealing a Waterford Cross, a man putting a sterling silver bracelet in his jacket pocket, people changing price tags, and a man taking an item out of a marked box and bringing to me when I was busy, and I sold it to him for 1/10th of what it was marked on the box.
