We look forward to liquidating this estate. This estate sale contains a lot of breakable items. Please be aware (with children or adults or adults who act like children,) if you break it, you buy it. This estate sale also contains a lot of small items. Therefore, no bags or purses will be allowed inside the home. We have been warned by the professional estate sale vendors that there is always someone who try's to steal from you. We have taken precautions to circumvent theft. We can accept Cash of course, cash is king. We can accept cards as well using the "square" app. We will not be taking any other "apps" - so bring cash or a card. We will have "some" boxes, wrapping paper, and plastic bags for easy carry out. We have one dolly you can borrow for any larger item. Shop at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents inside or outside of the home.

This is the estate of two loving parents who raised two daughters and collected things for over 60 years. Mom worked at Cracker Barrel so she has a lot of Cracker Barrel items and she also went to many estate sales with me over the years, collecting and collecting.
We have priced items low. The idea is to liquidate but not simply give stuff away.
