We can no longer allow ANY children in under ANY circumstances. It is not fair to allow one persons and not the others, even if you are holding them or their hands. Sorry, this is a set policy and we must adhere to it for our clients and customers. Thank you for understanding.
>We are not responsible for any accidents.
> 8.25% sales tax assessed unless you provide your tax exempt information. Please bring your tax exempt forms/resell forms with you!!!
>ALL SALES FINAL-No refunds, returns or exchanges. Electricity available.

When Pigs Fly~Estate Sale

HUGE Primitives Estate Sale just a couple miles west of Krum.

Fun Event for everyone. Food being served by Squeaky's Restaurant from Krum, bathroom facilities, great people and fun!

Our clients are selling the farm and moving to a more "Tropical Climate". They've hired us to help them sell most of their possessions.

NOTE: The farm and farm equipment are not part of this sale. These are being offered as the house and acreage or the house and acreage and all farm equipment and supplies. If you have interest in this please send me an email: tonya@whenpigsflyshop.com and I can forward to the owners.

NOTE: So there are no surprises, we have a few rules we have arranged with our clients. These are for the protection of our client and our business.

No entrance to the property until NOON! This means no parking options either. The sale starts at 2:00 pm and that should be plenty of time to get in line. There will be a sign up sheet with the parking attendant, first come-first listed. Please be courteous in your parking to allow others entrance and easy exit.

We are allowing children in this sale with strict parental guidance. Since this is such a large event, we would love for the kids to join in. THEY MUST STAY with parent or guardian; otherwise we will ask you to take the little sweeties home.

SECURITY always at our sales.

One way in and out: Parking will be in an open field with a parking attendant. Be courteous if someone is coming down the drive, give them the right of way.

No outside bags allowed in. Leave them and your purses in your vehicle.

Sorry, we can't help you load. Please bring your own Hercules.

Bring your own resale form. We do not provide them.

Packing is always limited, be prepared and bring some extra. We always appreciate your left over bags and packing materials too.

No Mean people allowed.

Not that anyone one would, but stealing or changing tags will result in punishment.
