Estate Sale By Estate Liquidators

Y'all are gonna want to start your Christmas shopping with this sale !  The house is crammed full of some awesome items, from beautiful
jewelry to decor and coral.

The sale will be at 106 Carnation, in Lake Jackson.  There are a LOT of resident’s vehicles parked along the road. Parking is going to be
tricky, since it’s also trash day, so pleeeeease leave room for the garbage scow to ease through. It’s right off Yaupon, so that’s a close
parking option, also.  We don’t want the local constabulary visiting, with their sharpened pencils, and citation books !!

The sale will be Friday and Saturday, November,(NOVEMBER ???? Where did the year go ?), 17-18, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.

The sign-up sheet will go out early Friday morning, around 8:00, and we’ll begin calling the first names on the list in, around 8:45.
It’s gonna be crowded, so don’t wear your cranky pants, please. Park carefully, and put on a happy face.

There are no small children allowed in the sale area, please. No large purses, hand bags, back packs, “diaper” bags, etc.,
or they will be subject to search, if needed.

Large or bulky items will be marked with two-part tags. Please take the BOTTOM half of the tag off, if you wish to purchase the
item, present it at check-out. If you change your mind about purchasing it, please return the tag to an EL worker, so it can be
reattached to the item.

Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules, for your large/heavy purchases. Please make
arrangements to have your items moved.
